Please have your insurance agent email, [email protected], a Certificate of Insurance covering the time period of the work performed with the following requirements:
- $1 Million General Liability (minimum)
- $1 Million Automobile minimum, if used in the course of your business.
- Worker's Compensation, if applicable.
- Excess liability, if applicable
- Certificate Holder/Additional Insured (please name both), if applicable.
