Besides the scenery, Candlewood Isle offers residents a number of amenities. Details on signing up for these programs are available under the FORMS section of this website. Children's ProgramThis esteemed summer camp for children age 5 to 15 runs through July and August. Children participate in tennis, swim meets, games, sailing, crafts, and many more.
There is also a tot program offered to children under 5. TennisFamilies that choose to join the tennis program gain access to the "green" courts by the entrance of the Isle. They may also participate in weekly doubles events and the annual Tennis Tournament. The court at the clubhouse is free to all residents. BeachThe beach at the clubhouse is open to all residents and manned by lifeguards throughout the summer. BasketballThe basketball court across from the clubhouse is available to all residents. BocceThere are two bocce courts by the entrance of the Isle. MarinaThe Isle has a number of slips, moorings, and racks available for residents. There is a waitlist for a slip space and rack, but you can ask for a mooring. ClubhouseResidents may rent out the clubhouse for private events such as weddings throughout the year except while the Children's program is in session. Social EventsThere are numerous fun social events throughout the year - keep your eyes open at the Post Office or watch the Newsletters and attend! SecurityVisitors must check in with the guard at the guardhouse situated at the entrance of the Isle. |
